All My Friends Tour Stops By Greensboro NC

Greensboro NC got to spend a night hanging out with some incredibly talented friends when Asking Alexandria, Memphis Mayfire, The Word Alive and Archers came to town on October 15th. Piedmont Hall was set ablaze when these iconic bands took the stage. It was a night full of high energy and metal music that would make any music fan ecstatic that they were out on a Tuesday night!

As the lights faded and the night was beginning, Archers was first to take the stage. The rapturous cheers from the crowd helped the band feel right at home. Even without their bassist who unfortunately could not be there, the band still enthralled the audience with their smooth metallic sound that not only filled the venue but also fueled the audience and kicked off the night, leaving fans eagerly awaiting the following bands.

Storming the stage to the booming cheers and shouts from the fans, The Word Alive came in ready to rock out with their friends. The band has such a dynamic stage presence that every single person was locked into every note that was played by the band. The crowd was so intensely in tune with them that the minute Telle shouted for everyone to crowd surf a wave of fans surfed in to follow his directions. The unrelenting energy mixed with their aggressive riffs and vocals had the audience in a frenzy and hyped up for the rest of the night.

Keeping the momentum going, Memphis Mayfire ignited the stage the instant the band stepped out from the side stage. There is no doubt that lead singer Matty Mullins is at home in front of a crowd. The way he takes command of the stage and connections with every single audience member is unmatched and a true sight to witness. There is a reason Memphis Mayfire has been so popular for the last 16 years and they show exactly why every night they perform. With their emotionally charged lyrics and earsplitting instrumentals, fans are drawn to them and are always given an earth-shattering performance. As the last note was reached during their set the fans were ablaze with a lively passion and eagerly waiting for the final band of the night.

Lights lowered and fog filling the stage gave the perfect setting for the beginning of Asking Alexandria. The entire venue was buzzing as they anticipated the arrival of the band on stage. The roar of the fans grew steadily louder and louder as each member of the band made their appearance. Exploding into their first song and building the momentum continuously throughout the entire set there was never a dull moment especially when the setlist was a blend of not only newer songs but older songs that fans went crazy over hearing live! Lead singer Danny Worsnop has a unique way of entrancing each person in a crowd and pulling them into his orbit with his powerful vocals, guttural screams, and enthusiastic storytelling. Not only does Danny entice the crowd, but Sam Bettley and Cameron Liddell give their all when on the stage. They are able to make every person from the barricade all the way to the exit door feel engaged and valued while watching the show. Encouraging the crowd to jump, head bang, crowd surf, mosh, and even having fans form a wall of death, the guys cater to everyone to ensure no one leaves their show without having the time of their lives!

As the night came to a close you could tell no one was ready for the night to end. However, it was a magnificent night with so many dazzling friends. This is a tour full of high energy and spectacular talent that you want to make sure you don’t miss out on and you do not have to since there are still a good handful of dates left that you could make it to. Even if one of those dates would unfortunately not work for you, make sure you catch any of these bands out on the road because just getting to see even one of them will leave you with an experience you’ll hold on to forever.
